When Shazia failed to qualify for Comrades despite her intense training and running 3 marathons, she realised something wasn’t right.
In her search for optimal health, she met Mandy and a close friendship was formed. Mandy’s personal attention and unwavering support helped Shazia transform not only her body, but her mind and outlook to food and diet.
The bonus? Shazia loves desserts and she lost weight and reached her running goals (did a 56km ultramarathon!) but was never denied chocolate and cake!
Through Shazia’s love for cooking and Mandy’s guidance, they have collaborated to bring you healthy, nutritious and tasty recipes to demonstrate how easy it can be to live healthily!
