The EID SHOPPING FESTIVAL has given us the opportunity to give rise and fund THE GHOOD FOUNDATION, an NPO which assists youth, women and impoverished communities all over SA to become rehabilitated back into society and have a sense of Purpose, through Health, Education and Skills development, creating Social Cohesion and a conducive society for our future leaders and Custodians of the world that they will one day inherit from us.
The DIGNITY STORE – Shop 4 FREE
Giving Hope and Dignity back to the Less Privileged and Destitute. The “DIGNITY STORE” Shopping Experience is a one of its kind platform where we invite the less-privileged to shop absolutely FREE, in different cities of our Country. The underprivileged are often disregarded and looked down upon in society. Many a times they are given poor quality “hand me downs” in the name of “charity.” We would like to bring consciousness to the fact that these are members of our Human Family and NOT poor Human Beings.
Our motto at THE GHOOD FOUNDATION is to “Create Opportunity with Dignity” by building people, their confidence and self-esteem. The Dignity Store gives them their ‘Freedom of Choice’ in a dignified experience. By GIVING THEM A CHOICE TODAY so that they know, they ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE and are able to CHOOSE BETTER and RISE ABOVE THEIR SITUATIONS.
We hope to establish fully functional stores in the future, which will service our communities in a Dignified manner.

DIGNITY HEALTH – FREE Health & Wellness Care
Giving Health and Hope to our Senior Citizens, by providing FREE Healthcare and Wellness Programmes from our Mobile clinic.
Providing HOLISTIC Healthcare and Alternative Healing Solutions to assist our Senior Citizens who are being forgotten in our conventional health care environment. Where a general expectation that they arrive at a government hospital in the wee hours of the morning, sitting in ques to get the care that they require. THE GHOOD FOUNDATION aims to assist our seniors with a mobile unit that will go to them and assist them in a Dignified manner.

THE GHOOD ACADEMY of EXCELLENCE Powered by ADVANCE TRAINING SOLUTIONS provides Accredited and Non Accredited Skills & Development to our Youth, Woman and Disabled.
We sponsor under privileged individuals including individuals in rehabilitation in a Reintegration process, to embark on an Accredited Learnership Programme via our In-House Seta Approved Skills & Development Centre. You will be key in Empowering the individual to become employable and “Giving Back His / Her Dignity” completely FREE.
For Company Sponsorships- your will fulfil your SDL & SED requirements as THE GHOOD FOUNDATION is a level-1 B-BBEE NPO with a PPC of 135%.
Donate towards the Skills & Development Training Facility as well as Funding Learners for a qualification.
EID SHOPPING FESTIVAL
A Flagship Entrepreneurship Project INVESTING IN THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT of aspiring entrepreneurs.
THE EID SHOPPING FESTIVAL came to fruition in 2011, when Dr Shenaz Ghood discovered a gap in the market and an opportunity to help other aspiring entrepreneurs and home industries.
The festival offers over 300 exhibitors the chance to sell their products on a professional business platform. Any profit made at the event is charitably returned to grow and develop it further for the exhibitors. The Foundation assists entrepreneurs grow into established businesses by providing them with training, education, coaching, communication and marketing strategies, as well as branding. Uplifting and motivating these enterprising home industry executives to create exciting, new and dignified opportunities for themselves. Our goal is to mould these vendors into the most successful entrepreneurs that they can be.
This programme is directed at supporting and developing SMME’s and informal trade businesses through entrepreneurial guidance & advice, soft skills training, business etiquette as well as assistance. We shall host entrepreneurship training sessions from time to time to provide a platform for one-on-one interpersonal communication with expert business coaches and mentors.

ADVANCE TRAINING CENTRE
We currently building a Workshop & Training Facility in Raslouw, Centurion, with offerings of Accredited Learnership courses via our In-House Seta Approved Skills & Development Training Company.
We sponsor youth that have not completed matric, disabled and under privileged individuals including individuals in rehabilitation in a Reintegration process, to embark on skills development causes the likes of Project Management, Basic & Advanced Computer Literacy, Call Centre, Management and Coaching causes.
You will be key in Empowering the individual to become employable and “Giving Back His / Her Dignity” completely FREE. Companies, fulfil your SDL & SED requirements as THE GHOOD FOUNDATION is a level-1 B-BBEE NPO with a PPC of 135% and Section 18A registered.
